I need a chat support person to handle between 30-50 inquiries per day, its not a complicated job and all the possible replies/scenarios will be provided. Although its related to heating and cooling product support you wont need any prior experience in that area. Sorry I only want AUS people for this so you will need to have your address verified. I'm paying for 3-4 hours a day and for 4 days and paying around $20 per hour. Looking forward to getting a real competent and self starter. In your application please list any chat support software and experience you have, when you can start and what you charge. There will be phone interviews starting late next week. You will get shortlisted and informed pretty quickly as not to muck anyone about.
