First fifteen

Wanteds get snapped up pretty quickly. So its super important to reply as soon as a new wanted is posted. We find that the majority of winning candidates are selected from the first 15 replies, and get messages back pretty promptly. If you are a good match and of interest to the poster - you can expect a message back in 24 to 48 hours.

Time zone

Remember to consider the time zone of the person you are communicating with. It might be during the night or a weekend even when you send your reply.
